Maintaining balance can come as a challenge for people with Parkinson’s condition. Therefore, equilibrium training exercises are necessary to aid with keeping balance in order to avoid falls. In this video, our physiotherapist, Shi Min, shares a couple of workouts that will certainly aid boost one’s equilibrium.
