With a pair of wins in the Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) in 2014, the strawweight competitor has her sights set on being the only undefeated woman in the RFA. She’ll aim to collect her third RFA win on Feb. 6 at the OC Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa, CA. If she secures that win, she has her sights set on making it to the UFC.

A week after her 23rd birthday, Julie Kramer ran the Phillies 5k in Philadelphia. A couple days later, she was struggling to breathe and had to be taken to the hospital. Initially, Julie assumed it had something to do with the race she had just participated in, as she wasn’t an experienced runner. However, the hospital ran some tests, and she was later diagnosed with stage IV synovial sarcoma, a rare form of soft tissue cancer.
